Your virtual session connects you one-on-one with a licensed esthetician who builds a skincare routine around your skin. Bring the products you already love to the session, or explore our exclusive professional line, Sorella Apothecary, and we’ll guide you through every step toward healthier skin.
What should I prepare before my appointment?
A little preparation helps you get the most out of your consultation:
- Find a quiet, well-lit space (natural light near a window works well).
- Keep your current skincare products within reach.
- Jot down any skin concerns or questions you’d like to discuss.
- That’s all you need. We’ll take it from there.
Are your services suitable for all skin types?
Yes. Every face tells a different story, and each session is personalized to your skin type and concerns. Whether you’re meeting with us virtually or enjoying a facial in the comfort of your home, you’ll receive tailored advice and proven techniques designed for you.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
No problem. You can reschedule or cancel at no cost up to 24 hours before your appointment, so your skincare fits your schedule.

What is a concierge in-home facial?
We bring the spa to you, ambiance included. Your licensed esthetician arrives with professional Sorella Apothecary products, equipment, and the calming touches of a spa, from soft music to soothing candlelight scents.
Then, we tailor your facial to your skin’s needs with either our Signature Focus Facial or our Healthy Barrier Facial.
Relax in your own space with no commute and no waiting room.
what happens during an in-home facial?
Your visit starts with a short conversation about your skin, guided by the Client Intake Form you completed. From there, your esthetician tailors a facial around your needs, with any added treatments included. Afterward, we will go over personalized product and routine recommendations for your skin at home.
Sessions last about 90 minutes, plus 30 min for setup and breakdown (total time: 2 hrs).

We currently serve the Greater Houston Bay Area, including Clear Lake, Webster, Pearland, Friendswood, and Galveston.

how should i prepare for my in-home facial?
Choose a quiet, comfortable room free from distractions with a clear space for a treatment table, chair & our facial case (electrical access needed).
- Have a clean, makeup-free face if you can (or we’ll cleanse it for you).
- Be comfortable; we will provide a comfy smock to change into and cozy socks if you like.
- Let us know about any current skin concerns or recent changes.
