Deposit & Cancellation Policy



To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied directly toward the cost of your service — it is not an additional fee.


Honor Rate

Our Honor Rate is available to active-duty, reserve, and retired members of the following, as well as their spouses and caregivers:

  • Military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard)
  • Police / Law Enforcement
  • Firefighters
  • EMTs and Paramedics
  • 911 Dispatchers

To receive your Honor Rate, please call to book and mention your service — we're honored to support those who serve our community.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, and your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to your new booking.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment in full for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next client's scheduled time.

Appointment Setup & Breakdown


Each appointment includes a 30-minute setup and 30-minute breakdown, in addition to your service time.

MOBILE SERVICE ACCESS

If para la cara AESTHETICS arrives at your location and is unable to access the service space or begin the appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, this will be treated as a no-show, and the $50 fee will apply. Each appointment includes a 30-minute setup and 30-minute breakdown, in addition to your service time.


PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE

A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment through Goldie, our online booking system. Your card will not be charged unless a late cancellation, no-show, or mobile service access fee applies as outlined above
